NBA Entertainment, building on momentum of sponsor and VIP hospitality from years prior, wanted to raise the bar for All-Star 2014 in New Orleans, to bring the vibrance of the city into a large-scale temporary space for their most valued business relationships.
Intense site planning for Lot C adjacent to Smoothie King Arena, maximizing the space with a two story primary Losberger structure and performance stage, clad in scenery blending NBA’s event theme and New Orleans flair. Hospitality-focused secondary structure with VIP spaces, center bar, scenery and decor, with two themed tunnels for bidirectional attendee flow. Scenery and decor spanning 15000+ square feet and towering to nearly 30 feet tall. Starting with covering the entire lot with Biljax leveling, the load-in spanned nearly two full weeks.
